Having looked at it closely
Having looked at it closely while doing a sheet up. It would seem there is a mistake on the Tour of Cali website that would make it look like he holds the sprints jersey, which is not the case. If it is scored purely on sprints, he would only be second.

Both the young riders and sprints jerseys have been put in on the Cali site the same
