Bugger taking tablets
Bugger taking tablets everyday, i’ve had hayfever since i can remember, used to keep my indoors most summers or went out cycling with an “old school” mask on to cover the mouth and nose and then some kind of sunglasses that were more like swimming googles

But now i just get a Kenalog injection every year around March and have no symptoms for the rest of the year, if your hayfever is that bad, go to your Doc and check it out, some Doc’s will NOT give you it because its not ment for hayfever anymore, but i’ll tell you it works a treat, but as with everything there are risks, if you get more than 2 a year over a number of years it can “rot” you hip and other things 👿

Another thing i just thought of if you were going to use a road bike, get rid of any bottle cages cause your going to have it on your shoulder alot running uphill

Bigger tyres with plenty of grip to them and some cantilever brakes are the main changes you’d want to make, but on road frames you’d have to modify the frame to take them

Road tyres aren’t going to get you anywhere and road brakes will just clog

Its got a combo of Sora and 105 apart from the front mech, which turns out to be a Sram XX 38.2mm and he tells me that there is an indent and thats the only reason it fits :/

I thought the Sram XX was a mountain bike derailleur? do they work ok on road bikes?

If they work fine, then ok, but are their any road derailleurs at that size?
