So in terms of making my comment null and void, that it does not do and i stand by, the last person was forces tattoo’s onto a number of people was Mr Hitler and he failed

If your game for the tattoo then all fine and well, but if you a racer and your only focus is on winning, you have a choice about everything in life, if you don’t want to have a tattoo forced upon you for winning a “fun” race, then simply don’t have it

The people on the article you posted saying things like”Both Rapha riders won and both avoided getting the tattoo. Lame” “Seriously, no tattoos? Why finish first if you aren’t willing to take the trophy?” “Pretty poor form not to get the tattoo – surely anyone racing an SS worlds knows that if you don’t want the tattoo – don’t win?”

The if you don’t want a tattoo don’t win is just alot of nonsense by people who will never be able to win, If i thought i could win, i’d go there just to make sure i won and didn’t have the tattoo, you can’t force things on people just because they win

It was a “fun” event, fancy dress by the sound of it, so they most likely took time out of their schedule to go along and race

Ok, they didn’t have proper single speeded, they just fixed their bikes in one gear, went on to win, fine, they should of turned up to the podium, but i dont think they are the first to avoid the tattoo. Its a stupid idea in my opinion anyway, the last person who tried to force tattoo’s onto people who didn’t want them failed in WW2, His name was Adolf…… 😕

Most likely my last metric of the year, strong winds and snow, not enjoyable in the slightest, but had to get one in before the place turns white and i can’t even get out on my crosser, So the turbo trainer comes out for a service tomorrow, going to have to replace it soon because last year it was at deaths door

Time to upgrade and get a mag or gel one i think

Are you just going to be a retailer or a designer and maker of cycle clothing, but if your just doing to retail, i’d suggest looking at something else

In an online market where people can buy things the world over, cycle clothing is one thing that can be bought alot cheaper and not get a fake from abroad, to start out you’ll need to be putting in large orders with the manufacturers of the clothing to be able to get a decent price and be able to make any profit

But that being said, all i’d like to add to what you should stock, is ladies cycle clothing, that seems to be in HUGE demand lately as regards size and comfort, there doesn’t seem to be alot of variety for them

Might be an older model of the SCR3 than yours, but you might be in luck and have the space and lugs

The Defy does not have full clearance for mudguards. I have an SCR 3.0 as a winter bike and it can take full standard mudguards with good clearance for 23mm tires.

You should have long reach brakes fitted to the SCR. They came as standard but if you’ve changed them you’ll have to change them back.

I’ll just chip in my 2p, I use the same set of gloves through out the year, they happened to be a freebie from Evans for a comment i left when they asked a question about cycling apps and i was deemed to be “helpful” to which they sent me these, already had a wore out pair

Yes it would be for a medical reason, i have problems in my lower back that restrict me from pushing my rides out to far, i’m quite happy to do 100+ miles but i suffer for days afterwards having to go and get my back clicked back into place and massage for the muscles, the only bonus to that is, my legs never seem to suffer on long rides 😀

Yeah it is something like that the Norwegians say, but coming from Scotland and living not far from a ski slope, i’m quite prepared clothing wise :B
