Stage one went ok, apart from
Stage one went ok, apart from one guy puncturing near the end and the Cav not sprinting, took him out for the TTT which didn’t get me any more points, but didn’t lose me any either

Left him out today as my other riders are doing better and being ill at the start has drained him keeping going in the two stages, will be interesting today

But because i got the bus, i decided on a foot long Italian BMT on Italian bread, with cheese, toasted and some sweet onion sauce 😀

I also discovered something else today, buses are FAR more comfy to travel on if your wearing padding on your arse
