Really hope it is a temporary issue and that it doesn’t last long.

My advice and I don’t want to sound funny or anything because this is pretty serious, but avoid bumps.

Make sure you empty your bladder before riding, that way it should lead to less leakage, smaller rides where you take on less fluid might be advisable for a while until the issue is sorted.

Further than that, I have no clue, I don’t want to suggest pads, but if you are one who does long rides or offroad, this might be your best bet, your local pharmacy would stock them.

If you just click on woman’s elite and then 2012, might help you decide which races you might want.

I’m thinking, get the teams set up and do ONE race as a test? The tour of Qatar is a bit to soon, it starts it 3 days.

But the Vuelta el Salvador starts 28th Feb, gives us time to work in the teams and riders and make some values up??

Thanks folks. It is only up so early cause I don’t sleep much at the best of times.

What I will say, just because the scores are up when you all roll out of bed, doesn’t mean it was any quicker than last year.

It still takes a few hours from stage finish to me updating them.

So don’t expect me to be the same with Qatar. It will be a couple of hours and because its a bit closer, you will all be awake moaning that I haven’t done them yet 👿
