There is no change, they are early because they start early.
Yes some of the tour stages start early and we’ll see what time the dead line is this year. Last year it changed all the time, so its no different this year, but its been set early so it cuts off before any stage starts and we won’t have anything like happened a couple of times last season. Where you could still make transfers after the stage has begun.
Anything else? I also ran the Tour down under, Qatar and Oman……
