The score for stage 3 will
The score for stage 3 will have the wrong team. DONT worry about it, if you have heat in your team list, He’ll be the one who gets scored for stage 3 tomorrow.

There was an error on my part, that scored everyone 0 for stage three, but everything will correct itself tomorrow

Rest days in the grand tours
Rest days in the grand tours carry 4 transfers because they are after a week or more of racing. After two days in a small race of 7 stages, does not normally have a rest day, this has been put in this year to facilitate the transfer back to Poland.

There is no need for extra transfers to be given as the terrain is not going to change, like it does in grand tours, from mountains to flats after rest days.

Q: How long will it take to replenish the pint?

A: Blood volume is replaced within 24 hours. Red cells need about 4 to 8 weeks for complete replacement. You need to wait 56 days or 8 weeks to donate again.

Q: How will I feel after donation?

A: Most people feel great! Donors who know what to expect and have eaten regular meals before donating are usually fine. After donating, drink extra fluids for the next 24 hours.

Q: How soon after donating can I get back to my regular routine?

A: Right away. Just avoid lifting, pushing or picking up heavy objects for about 4 or 5 hours after giving blood.

    Your body should have fully
Your body should have fully recovered by Sunday. If you look up online how long it takes to restore the pint of blood, I’m pretty sure its just a couple of days and you should have no adverse effects.

If it was tomorrow you were doing the ride, I would be wary, but its 5 days after your donation, you should be fine

I was in a hurry posting that thread for an event, so I bumped it. The event is finished and I didn’t manage to get there.

They are keeping an ear out for anyone who may be travelling in the right direction, but because they are run on a charity basis they don’t have the funds to help me get there 😉

Just because no-one replied yesterday, doesn’t mean you just edit it to bump it back up the list.

I understand you may have had a word in your ear? Please listen to it 😉

I’m am glad that people who hardly post are commenting.

My “boil your head” comment is purely jest and aimed at alieving the issue before it even arises.

That’s why I put the 👿 after it aswell. I’m not great at expressing my words on the tinternet.

So all is good and the scores will return to normal tomorrow when the stage scoring goes in :B

I’m off for some Homer Simpson style training on the nuclear buttons that we have to avoid 😀

I do try and be nice most of the time, but lately, the only people that are using the forum regarding the game are not those enjoying it and joining the stage threads with it.

It is anyone and everyone that wants to moan about the game, its features, the racing, its scoring…..I could go on but I am bored stiff of it.

This on it this way, are you
This on it this way, are you saving weight?

What would be the weight to price balance?

Also, also think of it, 2cm, so its 1cm from each side…going to make no difference at all 😉

    Scores will be done
    Scores will be done soon.

There will be NO scoring for the “Attractivity” classification.

Also, the points competition in this race, is purely for the first 20 across the line.

So it will be the sprint points that will count as they are separate, similar to other races this season.

    Not many surgery’s for my.
Not many surgery’s for my. But I have gotten back cycling after being told I have Parkinson’s.

I was having issues with balance and tremors while out riding, which was forcing me to only do a mile here or there.

Now I’m back, all be it on a recumbent trike. I can do any mileage my body can handle, stop have a break and then get going again 😀
