    Put them in a sock and wash

    Put them in a sock and wash them in the machine at low temp with a dose of disinfectant.  I also scrub the straps with a nail brush and disinfectant.

    Dura disc owner and 50mm carbon owner ,pro ones on both bloody lovely 90kg rider no issues and lots of miles done.

    Cheers guys. Went again today

    Cheers guys. Went again twice today re sealed and rode home st 35 psi without an issue. Tyre is coming off next weekend as going off road will have a good look and patch at the same time.

    A bowl of porridge normally works also peanut butter and banana sarnie. Have also used jam sandwhiches or if in a rush a couple of bananas with a spoon of honey. But always coffee!

    Cracked the clockwise route

    Cracked the clockwise route on Sunday. No major snags really. A bit windy on military road but a good day out. Plenty of places to stop en route if you fancy it. Traffic was generally pretty good even with the festival on.
