Self-employed drum and bass DJ Martin Dickson, 50, performed DJ sets over two days from his bus in Paignton last weekend and had his bus seized

“It’s a bit of give and take. I know drum and bass isn’t everyone’s cup of tea and there has been a mixed reaction but the majority of people have been saying well done for giving something to Paignton people. To try and stop it is not fair for the teenagers and adults who like this type of music.

“It may have been overly loud at some points during the day but it was not any louder than the funfair that is there at the moment.”
