@Losd Even if there were "immense drawbacks", which you don't explain and I can't see, if you get fed up with Zwift or its system all you have to do is remove the Zwift Cog from the trainer and install a standard cassette and you can use the trainer with any app. Buying a cassette doesn't seem to come under the heading of "pay many times over".

Since the council don't pay ... and I know, "cock-up more likely than conspiracy" ... ... but it almost makes one wonder (given their overt pay policies) if there's a wider Reform strategy of not just blocking active travel measures but actually sabotaging the budgets for this? Kind of "if we can't get it spent on drivers let's deliberately waste the money so it can't help active travel elsewhere / in the future"?

I cannot fathom how a judge could show leniency to a person who assaulted someone so severely for no good reason. If the court won't jail someone , then perhaps a civil suit for damages would be the next best thing. Bankrupt the son of a ...
