A ladies bike, a pair of road shoes, and some caffeine infused energy gels make up today's DealCatcher care package. Is your wallet ready?
We've taken a trip to Chain Reaction Cycles, Decathlon, and Vanilla Bikes to round up deals for you guys today - and the price reductions are particularly tasty.
The Fuji Finest women's road bike from CRC runs a 9-speed Shimano Sora groupset and has had a 20% discount applied to it.
Decathlon's 25% discount on Shimano's RP3 Road Shoes offers fantastic value.
And, there's a 20-pack bundle of OTE's Blackcurrent Caffeine Energy Gels over at Vanilla Bikes.
Chain Reaction Cycles
Finest is simply the name, though it's certainly up amongst the best bikes ladies bikes when it comes to value - especially at this price.
The Fuji Finest 1.3 is an elegant and powerful women's road bike; Shimano's Sora groupset, Fuji's women-specific double-butted aluminium frame, and the FC-770 Cross carbon fork see to that.
The bike's the perfect sportive machine. Relaxed geometry, disc brakes, and an impressively light weight, considering the componentry, make the Finest an excellent ride in all weather conditions.
Decathlon
It was in July last year that Shimano launched their current range of Road Performance footwear, in which the RP3s sit in the middle.
They're comfortable, high performance road shoes. Featuring a Dynalast sole and toe spring technology for perfect fit adjustment, as well as consistent power transfer, the £45 price tag at Decathlon is something of a steal.
Vanilla Bikes
Finally, OTE's Blackcurrent Energy gel sits pretty on the road.cc review board with a solid 8/10.
Our reviewer Steph Mann took a batch out for a spin, or two, or three, and said that the gels tasted good, were easy to open, and delivered a great energy boost.
What's more, those were the caffeine free gels. Imagine the boost you'd get from one of these.
I hope it doesn't sound too mean-spririted when I note that the face of opposition has publicly said that they live on Victoria Ave. That road had...
