Don’t try this at home. Or rather, do try this at home – don’t try it while cycling no-handed. Cannondale Pro Cycling’s Lawson Craddock lobs up a jelly bean/Werther’s Original/overpriced energy pellet and successfully catches it in his mouth without then breaking his collarbone.
Craddock – clearly proud of this monumental achievement – linked to the video from his Twitter account, saying: “I’ve been training hard.”
He says: "I've been practicing."

Craddock was noticeably untroubled by potholes or traffic during his fannying around. Even so, you wonder how many attempts it took.

I last rode no handed sometime in the 1970’s. I was going downhill on my first bike, a Raleigh Dido, when I thought I’d give it a go. I woke up on a neighbours floor having knocked myself out by colliding with a lamp post. I won’t be trying this.
