Halfords
We reviewed the 13 Intrinsic Lambda back in October, and our own Tass Whitby had plenty of positive things to say about it.
The overall verdict was pretty understatedly telling. Tass said that the Intrinsic Lambda "looks good, feels good, rides well and won't break the bank."
But if you explore the review a little further you'll see that Tass says that "on a smooth, straight section of downwardly sloping tarmac... [the] Lambda feels as good as just about any bike I've ridden - and better than some."
That's a lot to say about a £384 aluminium framed, aero feature flecked women's road bike.
Sounds like a bargain to us.
Evans Cycles
Finally, head over to Evans for a bit of a bargain on bib shorts.
We've reviewed a fair number of different level Gore Bike Wear bib shorts over the last few years, and they've largely come back to us with positive responses from our reviewers.
Take the Xenon Race bib shorts for example, we gave them an exceptional 9/10.
The Power 3.0s target demographic are closer to the every-day rider and commuter to the Xenon's racers. While we mentioned that the Xenons were particularly comfortable, we've got reasonably high hopes for the Power 3.0s which state that they're significantly more comfort-focussed.
That York thing is weird....
I would dream of my non-assisted bicycle to have such low weight. It is a bicycle to drool over but this Urtopia bicycle must utopic price.
This must be one of the many "I insist on using cash in the parking meter" articles, usually based on the person being old and infirm and unable to...
Might have to expand on this one a bit fella as it's hard to unpick exactly what your point is.
Caad12 / 13's don't have udh, which doesn't seem like a big deal right now. But wait for it
No udh? No thank you
Yep, my dad was a handler (wafu chockhead) in the Fleet Air Arm back in the 70s/80s/90s and he said the worst thing about when Top Gun came out in ...
"else much more people would get cancer" Err… what!? A huge amount of people DO get cancer 😑
It's a little reminiscent of the S-Works Tarmac that Trinity Racing rode in 2023.
It's a shame it never really took off, I used to play a lot and for a few seasons was helping to run the back end. It was a really enjoyable one...
