With the 2016 WorldTour season starting with the Tour Down Under in Australia next month, it's that time of year when cycling's biggest teams are at their pre-season training camps.

But it's not all hard work - as in the Grand Tours, the riders get a rest day too, and this short film posted to Twitter by Team Sky shows what their riders got up to during their downtime on Mallorca.
