It’s 1960 road safety film time: this is a new one on me and seems a bit spaced-out.

The usual messages are there – go to the park to play, children, don’t cross between parked cars because drivers won’t see you, ask a policeman, and Rikky (the magic dog, do keep up) won’t be there when you cross the road, so yeah you’re on your own, kids.
