I already emailed them and asked but as "they're put on in the factory" they can't supply any. Bit lame but then they don't know that I'm not someone trying to pass something off as their brand...which I'm not. And having little girls I find things often come down to colour rather than function but then that may be true for most children.

If it were me, I'd take a cute photo of child and bike (pre-respray), and send it to the manufacturer with a request for a set of stickers. See if the company has human or robotic customer service.
If that fails, taobao will likely have them - caveat emptor, naturally.
