You get what you pay for with cycling clothing. Except for TORM - you get way more than you pay for with TORM (relative to other cycling apparel).
I'm a little late to the party here but just came across this while Googling around. I bought a jersey from GearBest by Santic and was very impressed with the quality. You can see the one I got here
I bought a couple of knock off castelli jerseys about 3 years ago. Cheaply constructed with a basic pattern from the most bog standard fabric, smudgy printing. Nothing like the real thing. Sold them at a loss. Black wasn't fully black, more like that colour you get if you colour in with a black ballpoint. Pretty poor actually.
I bought some Chinese stuff back in 2012/2013. The shorts lasted about 2-3 years before the pad became useless. I still have two jerseys and they are alright for when I am doing a short commute or ride with the kids.
However, as I have become more serious about my cycling I have paid out for better stuff, mostly from Castelli, and there is a big difference in terms of comfort, breathability, zips.
Bought a set a couple of years ago for the odd days I commute during the winter. Found the bibs okay for short rides up to 15 miles anything more than that it gets a bit tender. The thermal jersey was spot on and gets used a hell of a lot. Sizing is a bit of a nightmare!
Ive bought quite a few bits. Quality is variable. Some have better pads than others.
If I were to add up how much Ive spent probably would have been better off just investing in fewer of better quality. I.e. looking in the sales on Wiggle I saw a castelli top for £35.
I have bought a couple of Lusso tops and I have their pro gel bib shorts- very comfortable for long ride. Made in the UK too! Ive just bought one of these (I paid slightly more). A real bargain, the Adidas sizing is generous vs typical cycing gear.

You're going to have to get the sizes just right as you won't have the same protection as you get with UK retailers. My dad bought high end fishing jackets and they were way too small from what he was expecting, He had to give the whole lot away.
I'd stick with Decathlon if you're on a tight budget or for women the new Bikesy women's clothing finder Probably works out just as cheap plus you know the stuff is definitely going to arrive.
I use Chinese kit exclusively for my summer kit, I find the bib shorts to be excellent. At about £20 a set you can afford to change them regularly too.
I recently bought a Mondrian inspired jersey from Ali Express for £20. I could have bought the same jersey off Prendas for much more but as this is a replica jersey the detailing was the same as when the jersey first came out with a short zip which I detest, the jersey from Ali Express came with a full zip and silicon gripper at the waist. I'm happy with the quality and fit though it did take 6 weeks to arrive as it was made to order.
Jerseys absolutely fine, bibs generally crap. Used a few different sellers - had about 5 sets for commuting. One pair of bibs actually ok
Basically you pay your money, you take your chance - personally i have had a few bits and bobs from China / Hong Kong and i would say 70% has been spot on for the amount of riding i do BUT the other 30% has been absolute dross and i could have bought a decent top for the money i wasted.
Seriously, I'm usually up for a bargain (and started off with Aldi stuff, some of which is excellent value) but now when it comes to cycling clothes I buy less of it and better quality. Not Rapha, that's just silly, but check out Decathlon's higher 700/900 ranges, sales, etc, plus a few choice items (I got a lovely Vulpine gilet in their sample sale, my favourite jersey is a Howies one, dhb Pro bibs are awesome).
I've bought a few of these: Sizing is a minefield, and the bib shorts are generally terrible (and see-through...).
But, in my experience, the jerseys are absolutely fine, and not much different in quality to the average jersey you'd buy in Evans etc.
Remember you're taking a punt though, don't expect any customer service!
