As last year we are running three cycle routes on the same day, April 28th 2013, all starting and finishing from the Halton Army Training camp. The main event is a true sportive challenge of 112 miles through North Lancashire and South Cumbria with Wrynose Pass in the middle.

The Bay Dash is a shortened 68 mile version, but still a serious test using some of the same route.

The third route is The Silverdale Sling, a very interesting course of 36 miles. We think we have planned something for everyone, we hope you all agree.

This cycling day is to support our charities and all profits and sponsorship will be donated. A big thank you to all our cyclists because in the first three years we have given over £18,000 to charity.
