New for 2013 and part of the South Pennines Walk and Ride Festive, MyTriEvents are proud to present you with a challenging tour of the valleys around the beautiful Shibden Hall Estate.
Not for the faint hearted as you leave the grounds of the estate and meet our timed climb of the day up the legendary Lee Lane, named by the 1988 Milk Race as Shibden Wall, a 910 meters of the finest Yorkshire cobbles. The route then takes in three of the climbs featured in the 2014 Tour De France, Cock Hill, Cragg Vale and Ripponden Bank before returning via the lesser known industrial roads of Elland.
Parking is available at Shibden Hall Estate in the main car parks.
This event starts and finishes at Shibden Hall Estate Lister’s Rd Halifax, West Yorkshire HX3 6XG.
Registration is from 7.30am and starts will be from 8am. Riders will be set off in groups of 20 at 5 minute intervals.
Half way feed will have hot drinks and food. The routes are all way marked and a route card is given to every competitor at Registration.
Emergency numbers will be on the route card and the there will be a following sweep vehicle.

As part of our weekend of all things cycling, there will be stalls, food, drinks and entertainments for all down by the boating lake.
