The Hungerford to Ligueil Cycle Ride:
This event is a charity cycle ride between the two - in stunning countryside both in England and northern France. There is no better way to see and enjoy this countryside than on a bike!
Hungerford is a small picturesque market town on the river Kennet and the Kennet & Avon Canal.
Ligueil is Hungerford's Twinned Town in the Loire Valley in France.
Why not join us on this inaugural cycle challenge - and help us raise funds for some very worthwhile charities on the way, including the "End Polio Now" http://www.endpolio.org and the "Bruce Trust" barges http://www.brucetrust.org.uk for disadvantaged people.
This cycle challenge is organised by "Wheels for Rotary" and supported by the Hungerford Rotary Club.
The ride will start in Hungerford on 7 July 2013, and finish in Hungerford a week later.
We are looking for 30+ riders, plus 2-3 support vehicles to carry luggage and provide support for the riders.
Full details can be found on the "Wheels for Rotary" http://wheelsforrotary.com website.

Harsh to arrest somebody, just because their car decided to flip over.
