Cycle clothing brand Café du Cycliste has introduced its new autumn/winter collection which includes many new items. Here are the highlights.

• Régine jacket £265

The Régine is a waterproof and windproof jacket for men, in a three-layer construction. Café du Cycliste reckon that it’s perfect for riding in extreme conditions, offering the performance of a hardshell with the breathabilty, stretch and comfort of a softshell. It’s available in red and brown options.

• Jeanne rain winter bibshorts £146

These fleece-lined thermal bib shorts for men are water resistant but still fully breathable, according to Café du Cycliste.

• Loulou rain armwarmers £37

These are waterproof. The accompanying Loulou rain legwarmers are £53.

• Pierrette windbreaker merino jersey £150

This is lightweight and breathable winter jersey for men. It comes in a race cut with a windproof front panel for added protection against the elements.

• Cosette merino base layer £70

The Cosette is a long sleeve base layer for winter made from merino wool.

• Heidi winter jacket £163

The men’s version of the Heidi jacket proved popular last winter so Café du Cycliste are adding a women’s version this time around. It still incorporates the quilted front and layered arms.

• Martine winter tights £159

These are Café du Cycliste’s winter bib tights redesigned for female cyclists. They’re made from a mix of Arctic and ThermoTech fleece-lined fabrics.

New colours

Café du Cycliste are also offering existing items of clothing in new colours.

The Yolande long-sleeved merino jersey is available in pistachio or deep burnt red, for example, while the men's Heidi jacket now comes in a blue marl as well as grey.
