There is more news this week of Coronavirus affected events, some new dated for those previously cancelled plus new gear on show. There’s a new full face lid from Kask, a single speed gravel bike from Salsa and lightweight gear from Restrap.

@salsacycles

Salsa launched a brand new single speed gravel bike this week, ditching the mech and advertising the bike for muddy conditions, sounds like a trip to the pain cave for us! The bike will be available as a frameset only in the UK and it’ll come with two different dropouts, one for the single speed fans and one for those who want to run a 1x drivetrain. More details here.

@zerodebikes

New Zealand brand Zerode names bikes with gearbox bikes and have up until now used a chain to drive the bike. They have just announced that they are putting a belt drive version into production. The Gates Carbon Belt Drive will be available on all Taniwha (27.5″) and Katipo (29er) platforms.
