In part 19 in the road.cc Yoga for Cyclists video series we look at an area that can be a source of discomfort on long rides — your shoulders.

On a road bike we spend a lot of time leaning forwards and inwards. These movements, and some advice for stretching while you’re out and about, provide some counter-stretches to help prevent your shoulders from getting tight and painful.
