You know about Team UK Youth, right? It's the team owned by Nigel Mansell featuring, among others, Magnus Backstedt and Nigel's son Greg. UK Youth is a charity that helps young people via non-formal, accredited education programmes and activities. One of their initiatives is Bike Club, which aims to encourage young people to use cycling as a means of transport so they can take part in more activities beyond the school day, and discover the freedom cycling brings.

Anyway, those nice chaps at Moose have produced some Team UK Youth socks that are based on their Road Master sock but with an extended cuff and in Team UK Youth colours, natch, with 'Mansell' on one side and 'Backstedt' on the other. They're £6.99 a pop (currently reduced from the normal price of £7.99), of which 50p goes directly to the charity.
