As Alan says. You can roll 2 over anytime. So going into a rest day you can have 6. Meaning you can reshape your team by two thirds. Hand if you have all climbing DS and need some sprinters in while changing stars
6? Is that from carrying two into the rest day? I always thought the absolute max was 4 and that effectively the rest day reset them.
You can only ever carry 2 over but you can have 6 on a rest day. Whether you'll need them though in this race is debatable.
So it is, I forgot there was another rest day. So I'll have 6 transfers then
I wasn't going to pick Contador, but The game is totally different from supporting them I look at it as I'm just using him
Aye, I don't like picking dopers but I consider the game to be separate, I'll never like or support dopers or doping teams but I've gotten over my issues with picking them. I want to do well in the game and unfortunately that means I need to pick the likes of Contador and Valverde.
As above.
Me too, means to an end!!!
Clarke out for quintana, froome gone for valverde.
I now have contador and valverde, it does not sit right with me.
Well I think Clarke will go in the break, maybe
You know there's a rest day coming up right? I was thinking of holding onto transfers but with the rest day I can't carry them into the sprint stages.
Clarke will be overtaken tomorrow....mark my words, I won't be taking him in. Not going to use my 2 transfers tonight so I work my team towards the sprinters on Tuesday/Wednesday ready for Thursday/Friday and Sunday
I dont have quintana!
so who to drop tomorrow ten dam and galdos or anacona and majka, so i cen get clarke in
I got 4,7,11,12,13 today, plus some extra bits and bobs from the climbs and sprints. Strategy too risky to reap dividends overall, but went well today. Now to decide whether to keep Seeldraeyers...
11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 19 plus 1, 2, 3, 7 and 10 GC.
Not sure but probably about average except I went Niemic over Anacona. Not sure what to do with my team, want to bring in Anton but not sure how I could afford him.
My worry now is that Katusha won't want to chase any breaks and risk Contador picking up bonus time whereas Saxo won't chase because Contador fears Rodriguez continuing to get the jump on him and getting the bonuses. That means that today could be repeated with breaks staying away.
This is exactly how the USA Pro Challenge went. The GC sorted itself out very quickly, so teams hardly had to be changed. All good fun, though.
GC seems to have changed ...

Slightly better than me - I haven't got Anacona
Snap
I don't have QUINTANA
But I have 1,2,3,7,8 on GC
Whereas I have 1, 2, 3, 7 but no 8 on GC. Amazing how this takes over your life. GF has long since stopped asking how I'm doing.

Tool Piedra out today.....
I made some good transfers for a change - Seeldraeyers and Contador in for Moncoutie and De Gendt.
Also have De La Fuente in the break, and J-Rod and Valverde behind, so hoping for my best stage so far. Maybe I'll even get back in the top 500!
U could win it!
I hope CJR win so Galdos gets 5 points
Just checked - 10th in the end (7 points off). For me to win the stage, Seeldraeyers would've had to be top 3. Did you notice the guy who won the stage a few days ago had 5 in the break! I bow to that kind of knowledge!
With 15 points on offer for the special climb today. Clarke might not be holding it at the end of the day
Break definitely going to win today. Got no-one in it. Scores will be much lower today. Hope De la Fuente doesn't too well as he's the only rider most people will have.
