#MyCyclingWeekend with Decathlon - We have a winner!

After a lot of walking at EuroBike, followed by daily consumption of Weissbeers and sausages, it was great to get out on the bike for a spin of the legs!

Thankfully, the weather was perfect for some blissful miles in the sun and it seems that loads of you headed out to catch the last of this glorious weather.

It wasn't all plain-sailing, though. James seems to have run into a countryside traffic jam that's going to do nothing for his average speed!

Ah well, hopefully, a matching bottle and cage set from Decathlon will make up for that.

Great route Peter Naylor!!!! Great to see so many out on a lush morning. Bit chilly to start, did the AVC segment, then some nice chatty riding through Priddy, a fantastic descent into Wells with no traffic. The TCG chain gang was so smooth and in perfect sync downhill it was like watching a 44mph snake going down the A39! Back up the Horringtons and into Hartleys for all the foodz. See you all next week, obviously the weathers gonna start getting a bit shitter so start thinking about lights and wider tyres! (Billy Bob Backdoor Action I think you have that covered!) ALSO DONT FORGET HOT AIR BALLOONS TAKING OFF FROM THE CONYGRE HALL REC AT 4:30pm today. Bring a picnic blanket , beer/cider and a coat! It’s brill sitting out in the sun watching em go up.
