1. Cyclist filmed in fast lane of M62 - while towing child trailer

A cyclist was filmed riding across three lanes of the M62 motorway in Liverpool – while towing a trailer of the kind typically used to carry small children. The footage was passed to the Liverpool Echo by the lorry driver who recorded the incident with the dashcam in his cab.
