On Sunday 8th July, participants from all walks of life are invited to cycle the Tour de Manchester route, departing from Schloss at 9am. Remaining true to classic cycling culture, sausage sandwiches & espressos will be handed out before riders depart, plus a free bike servicing pop-up in the Study area.
Upon your return, reward yourself with a refreshing radler on das haus (shakes and kronuts for kids). Albert’s Schloss will also be transformed into a cycling hub with an exclusive cycling activities and outdoor railings for parking bikes, allowing riders to enjoy a leisurely post-ride afternoon feast-ing on a delicious Schloss Sunday roast and treated to the finest entertainment.

I think they're probably more happy with the 20mph limits and then just driving as fast as they like, as they do currently.
I ride to and from Manchester from where I am (just out of Bolton) and the standard of driving you see is shocking, from both a cycling and driving...
I'd be cautious with the £10 per month TNT offering and your expectation of what you'll get. I suspect it will simply be access to the channels....
If they also have the abilty to switch from dipped to 'full beam' they'd be interesting to know about....
