Dynamo in Putney was an old favourite of mine. Good pizzas and TVs dotted around the place that will be showing the race. I see that they've also opened in Balham now so that could be an option if you're in the SW area.
Look Mum No Hands on Old Street, and the Rapha shops in Soho or Spitalfields are the only ones I can think of in the centre. Further out there's Giro in Esher.
Any of these would be a good option. LMNH is best if you want to eat, Rapha Soho if you want the best coffee and pastries, and Giro if you want comfort - they have a well-positioned sofa.
