Entries sell out to inaugural Red Bull Timelaps - but you can still get in via our competition which closes TONIGHT

Entries for the inaugural Red Bull Timelaps - a 25-hour, one-day race  (you read that correctly) in Windsor Great Park are now sold out - but you still have a chance to enter in our competition to be part of roaad.cc's team at the event. You'd better be quick though - the competition closes at midnight TONIGHT.

If you're wondering how Red Bull managed to squeeze an extra hour into a day, it's because the event begins at noon on Saturday 28 October and finishes at noon the following day, thereby taking advantage of the clocks going back overnight.

Only one rider from each team is allowed on the circuit at a time, meaning that "participants will have to demonstrate a mixture of strategic nous, endurance and determination to overcome the challenge."

Thwe winning team will be the one completing most laps within the 25 hours - with  laps completed on a special shorter circuit during a 'Power Hour' starting when the clocks go back at  2am counting double.

We have nabbed one of the team places for the event and are looking for four riders to take part - each of whom will also get a bundle of all-weather clothing from Wiggle's in-house brand, dhb.
