Another vote for Eurosport here - I took out a year subscription at £34. I watch all the Motorbike racing as well

I've been watching ITV4 live on t'internet, quality can be a bit pixilated but pretty good and its free. stages are shown live 14:30 to 16:30

fork out £7.50 and get eurosport player for a month. Incredible visual quality and plenty of VOD to occupy your time in-between the live feeds.
It's much better than frustrating, choppy, second-hand feeds on JTV or any of the other freebie sites.
You get what you pay for.
I'd agree with that. GB 7.50 is not a bad price to pay for watching the tour - the quality is good and it seems consistent.
The free live feeds can be hard to hunt down, even through Cycling Fans, and they come and go, especially if you want an English-language feed.
You can get it for 3.99 per month but that's a recurring subscription that you have to cancel, rather than the 7.50 for a non-recurring one month.
