What's it like being part of a pro team? This video from the chaps at Madison-Genesis gives a nice insight into the start of a season as the team head out to Mallorca for their first training camp.

A new year and a new roster, and it's clear from the vid that everyone's busy trying to get the measure of everyone else, and their place in the team. And there's the task of making sure everyone has a nickname, of course. And important pronunciation lessons for any non-native english speakers...

The video is centred around the iconic and beautiful Sa Calobra climb and it's enough to make anyone open another browser tab and start searching for flights. Even though it's really just a pre-season warm-up there's plenty of competition evident within the ranks...

The team will be riding the Genesis Zero again this year. The latest version of the bike debuted at the Tour of Britain last year. You can have a frameset in team colours for £1099, or there's full builds available from £1,799 to £2,999. It's a bike we'll be testing in 2016.
