Given the huge 6 month saga I and other have had in buying one of their bikes, I think they also run their corporate systems blindfolded too.
And the UCI have been running cycling blindfolded for just as long.
Assembling a bike blindfold is nothing. I gather that Halfords have been doing it for years (allegedly)
