SRAM rival shifting problem

Hi folks, I hope you can help me here.

I've got a bike running SRAM rival, and it's recently decided that it doesn't want to go into the 11 tooth sprocket at the rear. It's all ten speed kit, but the right hand shifter has decided it only wants to do 9 shifts. It's only really an issue on descents, but can anyone suggest a way to fix it that is relatively cheap, at the moment I can't afford to get new shifters, or really get it fully serviced

Yup, as Flying Scot says, just the limiting screws, even just the slightest adjustment on the barrel that controls the cable tension can sometimes be the problem

It's likely just to be the top limit adjustment screw needing backed off a little, try a 1/4 turn at a time so it it doesn't over shift and throw the frame into the chain.

Check that it is set up correctly, sounds like the rear derailleur needs indexed.
