On my bicycle the gears are left and right – I often end up going in circles as a result. 🤔

Hard to make head or tail of this.

Reform council leader claims they are purging degenerate literature from the county’s libraries*. However, a spokesperson seems to imply that they’ve just been put where they should be. And it might only have been one book.

The worst part? They might have to park a bit further away.
Try to stop people using the side streets as a cut through in their cars, though, and people will be up in arms about that.

“Many locals prefer cycling along promenades or through parks rather than on busy main roads.” – so build safe segregated infrastructure so they don’t have to ride on main roads.

Of course, routes through existing parks etc won’t necessarily get them where they want to go, so the obvious solution is to dig up the roads and replace them with parks to create cycle routes through.

So much focus on the car, but how is the road doing after the breakup?

    It doesn’t actually allege

It doesn’t actually allege that BCC invented them – only that the group ‘may have been fabricated’ – by who is unspecified.

It’s not clear to me what the ‘claim to have consulted’ the group consisted of – that could just mean that they recieved a submission from someone claiming to be from the group and took it at face value. The report seems pretty slim and light on details about that, and what measures they took to try to track them down.

Also somewhat dubious about how independent the authors of this ‘independent report’ might be, given that they appear to be a community group working in the same neighbourhood as the commissioning group.

I like how it served me up

I like how it served me up this ad in the middle of it – going back to the horse and cart doesn’t look so bad

One question the police need to ask is how the car that crashed into Pizza Is Lovely managed to violently crash at such a velocity when the speed limit on the road is 20mph.

Obviously that’s due to the gravitational effect of the pizza.

Cllr Hopley said he felt under attack. He wrote: “I have now been called prejudiced and racist by members of the town council. I am not in any way prejudiced. I was simply expressing a view of my constituents who felt they did not have a voice.”

    Neither of those videos work

That’s the deep state blocking them from delivering for their constituents.

Yes – the other one that happens is where they’ve shared something ridiculous that the poster has then thought better of and deleted – not much they can do about that either.

I don’t think they’re even talking about the ads (subscription should remove the ads anyway) – they’re talking about the bluexstagram embeds in the stories, which ironically are probably only not showing because something on their browser is blocking them. 🤷‍♂️
