If it is like this, the threaded hole the bolts go into is in the part still attached to the rear mech. It should be possible to ‘drift’ the bolts out from the inside. By drift I mean hit with a hammer and a punch.
Interesting that it has been a long while on a trainer. That can put all sorts of wrenching on the dropout that they wouldn’t get on the road. It might be that the bolts worked slightly loose, allowing the plates to move, and bend these tiny bolts enough so they won’t fall easily out of the hole.

You should be able to get
You should be able to get hydraulic disc brakes at that price point. I agree something which is not a dedicated CX bike would be most versatile. Having said that, I just put some Specialized Roubaix tyres on my cross bike yesterday (Raleigh CX with SRAM Rival disc brakes, SRAM Rival 1x drivetrain , £999 a few years ago) and it was fine on poor road surfaces and dirt tracks for a couple of hour ride.

How one would get certified ionizing radioactive device for consumer electronic sector??
Sunbeds are an example of just such a device.
UV radiation I take very seriously, as it is a very significant health risk that cycling increases my exposure to. Opposite end of the spectrum to radio.

* I did Skyride Manchester once with the family. Great event, but I almost got taken out by a cycling smoker who suddenly stopped in the middle of Deansgate to light up.

You want my opinion? Really?
You want my opinion? Really? Here it is. Turning up on a cycling site to promote WiFi-woo is spam.
You are not just asking an opinion- you are pushing a WiFi conspiracy theory. As others have pointed out, WiFi is not doing us harm. Pulsed signals do not produce damage which is non-linear with dosage. Antioxidants or beetroot juice or goji berries do not protect against ‘WiFi intolerance’ – the fact that no effects being measured when they are used is suggestive of no effect of anything.
There are many pollutants to worry about as a cyclist – NOx, particulates, second hand cigarette smoke*, taxis etc. I’m not going to add radio waves to that list based on a study of military radar from 1971.
Get one of those new wave cell helmets, the wavelength of the lining is perfect for interfering with WiFi signals. People on here have lots of opinions on helmets you might be interested in.

I’ve got prescription Oakleys
I’ve got prescription Oakleys with photochromic lenses, very useful for riding in the woods. The optician had a fancy fitting gadget and a tablet to make sure the lenses lined up exactly with my pupils. I had an old pair before that was available, where I always felt they only worked through the top half.
I’m very satisfied with them, and used the ‘second pair free’ option at Vision Express to pay for most of the cost.

Unboxed the very well packed Spectral. Super nice bike, daughter very impressed with its capabilities. Would recommend.

I’ve ordered a Spectral MTB
I’ve ordered a Spectral MTB from them for my daughter, because it was the right style of bike in a 2xs size, and very good value too. Delayed three weeks due to ‘unforseeable ‘ circumstances. I contacted customer services who explained the frames weren’t delivered on time. No doubt this was true, but I suggested this was entirely foreseeable, given that it happens all the time, and their contract is carefully worded to exclude liability in such cases.
Anyway, bike has turned up on time to their second promise. Still in the box at the moment as I’m away – let’s see if it’s ok when I open it up.

My 10yr old designed her own scheme, cut her stencils, and we sprayed it together. Looks awesome, and she loves it.

Usually bikes (pedal cycles)
Usually bikes (pedal cycles) have to be a specified item for a value over a certain amount (£500 in my case with Esure ), so you pay an extra premium to insure the extra risk.
Still a better deal than specialist bike cover in many cases. The specialists I’ve found so far either don’t do kids bikes, or assume you only take out one bike at a time. No use if you go on a trip with the family.

I used to bike round Norfolk on holiday as a kid, and remember seeing Vulcans flying there. Truly awe inspiring, although I didn’t know at the time what their mission was.

An alternative reading is the
An alternative reading is the pilot started the manoeuvre without sufficient separation between aircraft and ground, but went for it anyway despite being too slow, and continued to try to squeeze it out even after missing the top gate. Injury and death was caused to those unfortunate enough to have been in a zone that the aircraft was intend to be excluded from, and who did not have sufficient protection from the impact.
Not that dissimilar to a driver overtaking too close and then cutting in before a traffic island.
The very significant difference compare to road travel is that, by comparison, pilots and aviation are rightly regulated to the eyeballs, highly trained, assessed*, and incidents investigated thoroughly. The human factors, and the regulatory and environmental factors are given detailed consideration. The outcomes often create an airworthiness directive or other legal change that is acted on to prevent similar occurrences.
In our comparable road case, the driver would have been trained and tested 20 years ago with no assessment since, the vehicle wiped with an oily rag once a year, the human factors dismissed as momentary lapse, the cyclist blamed for not wearing a helmet, and no changes whatsoever to regulations on permitted road layout.
*the aviation equivalent of Uber is now coming under scrutiny since an expensive passenger was tragically killed by a plumber and part time pilot.
