Not an area of Stoke I know, so I looked it up on Google Earth and guess what…. there is a LARGE car park right behind the shop! I can’t see any parking restrictions on the park so it must quite straightforward to pull in there and walk the short distance to the shop.

You heard it here first
You heard it here first (possibly) – bus company is changing a route because of badly parked cars.
Concerns Bedford bus cuts blamed on bad parking and low passengers will leave rural communities stranded
Darren Roe, Managing Director of Stagecoach East, said the issues meant buses were facing delays and falling passenger numbers, leading to the “reduced viability” of some services.
Among the biggest changes, Service 8 will be rerouted along Ford End Road to avoid parked cars blocking the route, while Service 7 will switch to a one-way loop around Needwood Road, serving Rowallan Drive instead of Putnoe Lane.

Chatham and Aylesford MP Tristan Osborne calls for more action to curb boy racers in Snodland
One Snodland resident, who wanted to be known only by his first name of Gianluca, said: “The noise from these gatherings has woken up young children and is causing widespread stress and anxiety among residents.
“It is deeply frustrating that law-abiding drivers face penalties like fines and points for minor speeding offences, yet these delinquents act with apparent impunity, seemingly unafraid of arrest or fines.”
