Should draft a petition to leave it there as a memorial / public art. I would prefer to see something more in tune with ancient indigenous monuments though, like a cairn (car-n?).You could have this in the south-west:

Must be spring, more of these cars gambolling about. This just by me this afternoon. 30mph limit on the road (it’s hardly a “main road” either), at this point it’s straight with clear sight lines.
