And that's the prize on offer in our latest tracktastic Schwag Grab a VIP place on the next Geraint Thomas Track Day at Newport Velodrome courtesy of the good folk at Newport City Council!

The Geraint Thomas Track Day is at Newport velodrome on Monday 24 October, the prize also includes free bike hire, a three course lunch and a charity cycling auction afterwards in which you can bid for signed jerseys and other assorted Sky and Tour de France memorabilia, and you get to go home with a CNP Professional sports nutrition goody bag too. The whole thing is limited to 50 places so you're guaranteed some quality track time with Geraint, and Luke Rowe, Jon Mould and Owain Doull from the British Olympic Academy.
