CycleSurgery hss announced that their popular women-only evenings are taking place again this summer.
Described as enjoyable and informative these free evenings take place in a female friendly environment, and are open to all regardless of cycling ability.
The evenings are aimed at women who want to get more out of their cycling. In-store, customers will be able to attend workshops on basic bike maintenance, and get what to wear advice and nutrition information.
CycleSurgery’s experienced and helpful staff will be available throughout the evenings, to offer assistance to those who have specific questions.
To ensure the evenings are even more enjoyable, there will be free cupcakes and refreshment available on arrival, as well as exclusive on the night discounts and competitions.
Chris Garrison from Trek will be at the Spitalfields event on July 28. She will be on hand to demonstrate how to get the most from your bike, and will provide tips on how to set up your riding position so that you feel comfortable and confident.
