Book review: Sagan My World

Much like the man himself some of the merch is pretty eccentric, including this seemingly nonsensical 'Sagan Limit' tee for 20 euros... why would he limit himself to a mere 90km/h? Some of the other clothing options include various prints with his apparent signature phrase of 'Eat My Dust', plus bandanas and baggy shorts.

There are also numerous curious-looking bottle openers, including this one that doubles up as an aged-antique brass ring. You can also get openers in the form of dog tags and necklaces, all for €35 each.

Being the star rider for the Bora-Hansgrohe team the collection also wouldn't be complete without a signature Sagan Hansgrohe shower head. For €121.99 you get an extra large shower head with three different spray types and Hansgrohe's AirPower water efficiency technology, not to mention the Peter Sagan logo on the back plus a piccy of your star man on the box.

After cobbling together a few hundred quid during his student days off the back of a hard winter selling hats (long story), Jack bought his first road bike at the age of 20 and has been hooked ever since. He was Staff Writer at 220 Triathlon magazine for two years before joining in 2017, and reports on all things tech as well as editing the live blog. He is also the news editor of our electric-powered sister site eBikeTips. Jack's preferred events are time trials, sportives, triathlons and pogo sticking (the latter being another long story), and on Sunday afternoons he can often be found on an M5 service station indulging in his favourite post-race meal of 20 chicken nuggets, a sausage roll, caramel shortbread and a large strawberry milkshake.
