Hold on to your saddles.
We’ve just spotted this video of some extreme unicycling, or Einrad downhill, as the Germans rather more nonchalantly term it.
In some pretty impressive displays of balance and control this compilation gives you a sample of just what these unicycling daredevils get up to in the woods.
So, sit back, and watch some skilled unicyclists tear it up in style, using one arm for balance, like a cat uses its tail. And in case you’re wondering, they’re fitted with disc brakes.
Want to give it a try? There’s a WikiHow page for that. Don’t worry, it starts with the basics. After that, it’s all downhill.
I’ll get my coat.

10 points…
Interesting that they are fitted with brakes… You’d think that the “skill” of the rider would be in keeping control of the unicycle with their pedalling abilities…

This sort of thing has been happening in Scotland for years, check out Alan Hogan unicycling down Ben Wyvis, or the Highland Unicycle Group, or the Voodoo Unicycles Highland Tour… 😉
