So when the SHTF electricity will be switched off! How are you going to charge your electric bikes and gearing systems? I say switch back to manual gear changing now.

Being unable to recharge

Being unable to recharge shift batteries would be last of my worries. Lack of heating and not being able to cook being foremost.

Di2 gears don’t take much juice so I reckon I can use a solar charger in a pinch.
