US cycling study
I saw this and thought it might be of interest. Norman Mineta was Secretary for Transportation under the Bush administration, a Democrat with a senior position in the Republican led government of the time. He was quite good at his job as it happens, better than the present holder of the post who is perhaps one of the least charismatic politicians in a senior position today IMHO.
