Read a septics blog about it, he said it was harder than an ironman triathlon. 12 hours in the saddle averaing 15kph. 3 hours of breaks. 200 miles though, like riding from mine to my brothers in Ivybridge in a day. Feels like it takes a day in the car when the M5 is busy!

it's certainly one i've considered, my brother's wife is from sweden too although not anywhere near the route... be a good challenge to aim for in 2010!
