In may I will be participating in my first stage race, its a saturday and sunday event. stage 1 is a 6.5 mile merckx style timetrial, last year the winner in my catagory averaged 27.2 (in the time trial). stage 2 is a 40 minute crit. stage 3 is a 44 mile road race, it has 3 cat 3 climbs. I hope to win atleast 1 stage of it. I'm hoping fore tips and suggestions for my first stage race (nutrition, training equiptment, ect)
