Quill stem compatibility

Would this combination fit? 22mm steer hollow. https://www.wiggle.com.au/brand-x-quill-adaptor-alloy/ 1" 150mm-22.2mm option. https://www.wiggle.com.au/cinelli-pista-track-stem/ 130mm 65 ° option. Currently using a 110mm quill stem. I'd rather 140mm but tight budget and that'll do. Would that puzzle piece together?
