Scott Foil headset

Hi
got a Scott Foil with a integrated headset that every so often starts clicking and creaking. It's not the actual headset itself because I have greased and tightened it up correctly. I think it's the actual stacking they use around the headset to make it look integrated. Not sure whether the spacers move and cause the clicking or what. Just wanted to ask if anyone else has a Scott Foil that has the same problem or if there's a cure for it. Many thanks in advance Rob.

Yes, I've got a 2017 foil with the 1.0 bars, same issue. I thought it was the headset, and after some tightening I think it's gone. I also waxed the sculpted area below the spacers, not sure if that helped or not!

I have a Scott CR1 and get the same noise occasionally ,especially when pulling on the 'bars.

I found that the bottom bearing was a pretty loose fit in the headtube and would just drop out.I used some stud lock and initially it cured the noise but its started to creep back.Next time I'll probably put a single layer of tape inside the headtube so that the bearing is a squeeze fit.
