MJ902 is probably less than 1600 lumens on full, and the MJ880 was measured at 1473 lumens by mtbr.com (http://reviews.mtbr.com/magicshine-mj-880-u2-2013-mtbr-lights-shootout)
This danish site says typical 900 lumens and I'd rather believe them than Magicshine: http://www.batteribyen.dk/mj-902-magicshine-adventure-light-2000-lumens
I own a 880 (plus kit, with both 6x and 4x battery packs) and are quite happy.
Battery life on full power is rather short (<2 hours), but I use it mostly at 50% and turn it to 100% when needed.
Baware of fake 880s with crappy batteries and faulty chargers btw.
