This 4-week programme is designed to help build your base fitness and takes you through the key aspects of correct stretching to improve both flexibility and strength, and to minimise discomfort on the bike.

The 90-minute sessions take place over four consecutive Wednesday evenings with our pilates instructor Kate Morby. Price for the complete course is a very reasonable £32.
